Fenglin Wang was appointed PMC CEO in December 2025.
Mr. Wang has over 15 years of progressive leadership experience within HBIS Group Mining Company, having advanced through a broad range of technical, operational and executive management roles.
Prior to his current appointment as CEO of PMC, Mr. Wang held several senior executive positions, including Deputy General Manager of HBIS Mining Group, Chairman of Sijia Ying Iron Mine and Executive Director of Yanshan Iron Mine. From April 2020 to November 2020, he served as General Manager of the Shijia Ying North District Mining Branch, while concurrently holding the roles of Chairman and General Manager of Sijia Ying Iron Mine and Executive Director and General Manager of Yanshan Iron Mine. In these roles, he had full accountability for operational performance, safety, production efficiency and asset optimisation across complex mining operations.
Mr. Wang’s career foundation was established in technical and supervisory positions within transportation and machine repair workshops, where he developed strong operational discipline and hands-on expertise in mining systems and infrastructure.
Qualifications
Mr. Wang holds a Master of Engineering (Mining Engineering) from North China University of Technology as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and Automation from Heilongjiang August First Agricultural Reclamation University.
